Data deletion
You can remove your data from Sandbox at any time.
Disconnect a Facebook or LinkedIn account
- Open your Sandbox dashboard and go to Connected accounts.
- Choose the account and select Disconnect. We delete its access token immediately.
You can also remove Sandbox from the platform directly: on Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) and remove Sandbox; on LinkedIn, go to Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services and remove Sandbox.
Delete all your data
Email info@sandbox.com.bd from the address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my data". We delete your account, connected-account tokens, content and analytics within 30 days and confirm by email.
