Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Sandbox website and service (the "Service"), operated by Sandbox, Sirajganj, Bangladesh. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Sandbox provides AI-assisted social media scheduling and management for LinkedIn and Facebook. It drafts posts, images and replies, keeps them in a content queue for your approval, and publishes approved content to the accounts you connect, using the platforms' official APIs.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.
- Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You may connect only social accounts and Pages that you own or are authorised to manage.
3. Approval and your content
- You decide what is published. Content goes live only after you, or someone you authorise, approves it.
- You are responsible for content you approve, including AI-generated drafts. Review drafts for accuracy before approving them.
- You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to store, process and publish it only to provide the Service.
4. Platform rules
You must follow the terms and policies of LinkedIn and Meta when using the Service. Sandbox uses only features those platforms officially allow. We do not offer automated connection requests, automated likes, or posting from fake or shared accounts, and you must not use the Service to send spam or misleading content.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing content, to harass others, or to try to break or overload the Service.
6. Fees
Fees, if any, are agreed with you in writing before paid services begin. During early access, the Service may be offered free of charge.
7. Availability
We work to keep the Service running, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Platforms may change their APIs or limits, which can affect features. We are not responsible for platform outages or decisions made by LinkedIn or Meta.
8. Ending the Service
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the Service or its users.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sandbox is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or for the performance of content you publish. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, tell you in advance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
